Is this an ECM pod or a jammer?

These are 73rd army helicopters on beach assault training. Don't know about the electronic pod, but I guess jamming enemy communication and sensors during beach landing would be part of training.

ECM may be carried out on ships off shore.

Just my opinion.

Seems as if the Mi-171Sh helicopters which were noted for the first time in September 2020 have been delivered. ... I would love to see its serial number!

Any idea where it was spotted?
