Being vegetarian I guess has implications on your diet. I have never eaten mushroom masala or any other curry with mushrooms in it. Mushrooms are put in soup or eaten with other vegetables in my house. I guess being vegetarian motivates you guys to cook foods with vegetables and fruits, something we meat eaters haven't explored at all.

They are Morchella and they have an axtreme good flavor. You cant describe it but its by far one of the est tasting things.

We make a soup with it and serve it with some nice pasta. It was a blast.

Those who say mushrooms have no taste only know those pathetic farm champignions. Those are tasteless.

Morchella in general grow in forests here. They could not magae to cultivate them yet so they have to collect them and that makes them expensive.
