Correct me if I am wrong, recently Chinese navy vassels paid good will visit to Pakistan, Bangladesh and Srilanka under the nose of Indian Navy... If they can move that easily who need naval base ???

According to Indian media reports Indian navy was not aware ... Even sometime back if I recall Chinses was uninvited guests in Hawai too.
