Dear RayKalm, that is a well-known trick to use human rights as a diplomatic pressure on developing countries. I found west not very honest on protecting humankind rights as they kill ordinary people in Pakistan when they reach a 1% possibility that Terrorists maybe are under a roof.

However everybody in Iran will welcome the improvements if they find it not tricky. It is a must to prune a tree to get the highest possible harvest but it is not wise to cut the main trunk of the tree.
