Why BD High Commissioner sends the message to India ???????

It should have been otherway round or is it that Awami dalals are assuring their masters that they have been harsh on BD military

he is not giving the message to india . it is his position that is misunderstood here, he is "bangladesh high comissioner to india" and he said something and not like he was saying anything to the indians......

it would have been less confusing if the thread was titeled "BD high comissioner remembers the father of bangladesh in india"
