Mentioning Rao Anwar's name in pamphlet is suspicious itself

6 to 8 people had killed 44 people near Safoora Chowrangi and after carried out massacre they threw pamphlets on scene of occurrence ..........
It seems in Pamphlet that IS had carried out this massacre but in pamphlet name of only 1 police officer had been mentioned ... I don't know what has Rao Anwar done special against Islamic extremists ........
In my opinion Rao Anwar is not so important for Islamist then why do they are after Rao Anwar .........
Some people say that MQM has enmity with Rao Anwar so it must be MQM to kill Rao Anwar and this pamphlet is a threat to him by MQM ..........
But question is this that if MQM had done this then why did they need to make hero to their enemy...?????
In my opinion the beneficiary of this pamphlet is only Rao Anwar ... People can keep difference with my opinion but mentioning his name on pamphlet looks suspicious and right after this massacre SG has taken decision to reinstate him as SSP Malir Rao Anwar reinstated as SSP Malir: sources | ARY NEWS

Rao Anwar has killed several TTP guys to as for his name being mentioned yes that is strange and has to be investigated

May very well a step to target MQM indirectly. Mentioning him in pamphlet when he has acted against MQM, makes him a hero for certain people.

Rao Anwar is the most active guy when it comes to Karachi Operation after Shahid Hayat.
I've followed the entire Op since day 1 and his name is the one that comes up the most frequently. (SSP Malir, Encounter Specialist of Karachi).
I knew him waay before any of the recent RAW/MQM drama happened, so it's natural that other people knew him too.
