I agree and why have they not been asked for as of yet ? or have they been asked for and its been rejected ? any clue ?

USA do not take risks. tHey will not provide Tankers to PAF since PAF is meant to strike India and Afghanistan only. Tankers r used in long range missions and USA do not want PAF F16s to operate out side South Asia.............PAF threatened ISrael back then by that they will bomb their nuclear facilities..............and USA want to avoid such risks
