Kathmandu: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday made an impromptu halt in a busy market in the heart of the Nepalese capital here during which he interacted with local people, just as he had done in Bhutan on his first foreign visit.

After his bilateral talks with Nepalese Prime Minister Sushil Koirala at Prime Minister's Office in Singhadurbar, Modi headed to the Constituent Assembly building situated at Naya Baneshwor amid special security arrangements when he made the impromptu stop.

Modi waved to the crowd and shook hands with some of the spectators.

Modi's action also surprised his security personnel and pedestrians in Kathmandu as he got off his bullet-proof car and walked down the road to greet the spectators who had stood on both sides of the road.

The security personnel had a difficult time controlling the people who were eager to meet Modi, the first Indian premier to visit Nepal in 17 years.

While Modi stopped to interact with the local people in the market in Kathmandu, slogans of "Har Har Modi" were raised.
During his Bhutan visit, Modi had made a similar impromptu halt to talk to local Bhutanese people while travelling from Thimphu to Paro to board his flight back home.

Modi later entered the Constituent Assembly building to meet Speaker Subas Chandra Nembang before addressing Nepal's Parliament.

In the evening, Modi attended a reception hosted by Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae at Hyatt Regency Hotel, where he is staying during his visit.

Hundreds of visitors including journalists, businessmen and politicians were eager to shake hands with Modi soon after his touching speech in Parliament.

Modi then attended a dinner reception hosted by Koirala at Hotel Soaltee on the outskirts of Kathmandu.

1) We have found that the word 'Arya' is never denoted as White skin tribe ,rather mostly its used as quality or regarding to the faithful .

Points:
a)You have never showed where arya means "Fair skin Conquerer" Tribe.
b)I have shown that many black people were from those who qualified as 'arya'
c)There are hymns where brownish child is asked to be born ,so their Color cannot be white .

2)Dasyus or other hostile celestial evils are never termed as black skin tribal people rather they are mostly shown as anti demigod elements.

Points:
a) I have shown that they are opposite to gods

In Rigveda 1:33 they are shown driven away from heaven
In Rigveda 1:53 Dasyus are natures anti food elements

Now you have to prove that :-

1)Dasyus are denoted as real people who are black and spoke foreign language as per rigveda because as far as color is concered we know that that has been done away by 'arya' s who are pointed as black in rigveda so only language can be the measure.

2)The name of dasyus who are dravidian must be in proto ancient 5000BC proto tamilam ,so please share with us

3) any other quality which denote that dasyus are dravidian .
