yaar theres nothing new bout it..its a copy of Russian BM-21 grad MBRL...the system is copied and manufactured in many countries under a local name and the most widely used MBRLs in the world...The Indian army has a big arsenal of BM-21 grads and is replacing its original Russian grads with Pinaka and smerch MBRLs both of which have long range and upgraded rockets and excellent accuracy..

45 Azar type-83 was purchased from china while estimated 40-60 in numbers was produced at KRL ...

so in total they must be from 85-100 122mm MRL
