Meet Lydia Sebastian, Indian-origin girl in UK with IQ higher than Albert Einstein

North Indian Sangh bhakths only knows India as the India for Hindus, that too forward castes. They have total hatred for other religions and cultures. Look at the books of Golwalkar and Hedgewar - Hindu fanaticism nicely packed disguised as Nationalism. It is better, to remain these Adhakrutas that India is a union of different cultures and religions unlike what their RSS extremist gurus taught them. India's future with a fanatic rightwing front growing into power is the biggest disadvantage. Instead of atheism or liberalism, these fanatic religionists are tuning India for a disaster.
bla bla , you hate us go join some revolution and divide the country. I won't accept foreign name people as Indian and it's my opinion.

Nothing to do with religion ,anyone name sarthak mehta can be Indian christian.

Meet Lydia Sebastian, 12-Year-Old Keralite who is Smarter than Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking

This article will tell you that she born in kerela and moved to uk in childhood first

Second it is very hard for you to digest that she is indian or what should I say british indian. because you are from pakistan be honest I understand that. If she could have from korea/japan ,china ofcourse you wouldn't say that for her

Third you said you dont wanna come india you will go us/uk france etc. The real western countries you are most welcome to go .....but have you think how much time it will take you to come out from airport when FBI will detain you and will search you nude and your stuffs????? You believe you are prepare for that.

And fourth for those who are saying IQ doesn't matter but work matter so to you all she is just a 12 years old teen she has the entire life in front of her to do some good work albert einstein /hawkins didn't do anything as well when they were 12 years old....just look at our IQ we are challenging a 12 years old kid against eintein that describes where our IQ stands at.!
I have nothing against her ,great child and good future and her parents are proud of herself but she is not Indian.

She is a Syriac christian from Kerala - Kerala's Syriac Christians have used the name Devasyanos ( Sebastian in Syriac ) for centuries
Problem is not new in sub-continent.

did you choose your name or was it given to you by your parents?

I have Indian name and i am proud of it. I can be christian/jew/muslim/hindu/buddhist with my name and i don;t have to change or neither my parents has to give me some foreign names to associate with that religion.

You fool, why shouldn't they use Syriac names ?

Because they are Indian?

Well, then why did you quote my post where I stated I preferred them using European names? Sebastian is an European name and since these people do not associate with anything Indian it is right that they use European names. It helps us distinguish people who bad mouth us as specifically belonging to Christian community rather than us being fooled thinking they are self-hating Hindus.

Most chrisitan names originate in the middle eAst not in Europe. About half of all Malayalee Christian men are named "thomas" which is a middle eastern name. The rest are mostly "john" "George" also middle eastern.

Europeans are using middle eastern names not the other way round. European names of pagan origin like " Siobhan" or " Erin" are not found in india.

These are no longer middle eastern names if they ever were. What we associate with Christianity today is exclusively European and not middle eastern.

Because they are Indian?

I don't think so .Do the names Abdul Kalam/J F R Jacob/Verghese Kurien sound Indian to you ?

Good one - We used Aramaic names until very recently - for example Thoma (Thomas) Verghese/Giwargis ( George -Remember Verghese Kurien :) )

What's the problem here ?

Her Christian parents did the right thing to escape the extremist Hindus.

This shows only that minorities in India can really flourish once they could escape the wrath of fundamentalist hindus.

I only know Abdul Kalam and he has utmost respect from me.

Yup next we gonna run through your country so be ready.

Doesn't matter what you personally associate, you're welcome to make any associations you like :-)

But that doesn't change the fact that Malayalee Christian names and European chrisitan names are similar because they have the same ORIGINS ie the Middle East. In fact many of these names are similar also to Islamic like Solomon or David or abraham they are all of middle eastern origin.

What are you proposing they do, change 2000'years of their history to satisfy your mental association problem?

Stop trolling you jerk.I'am a christian from Kerala and there is absolutely no problem here

There are always few exceptions here and there.

See how Indians brag about Abdul Kalam but at the same time do everything to undermine every other Muslim in every possible way.

Generally minorities have a real hard time especially in those areas dominated by fundamentalist hindus.

A fact!

Why are you bleeding from your *** if I make any association then?

I was not speaking of the origin but the place they are associated with today in 21st century, kapish?

Whose 2000 year old history are you speaking by the way? Malayali Christians? Again back to peddling the same snakeskin oil?

Their names are middle eastern but as they say "a rose by any name smells as sweet". :p:

There is NO problem here sir.
I never said there is ,i said "I don't accept her to be Indian with that name living in UK"

Some people didn't like my opinion and start debating like they going to change my opinion.
