No,no they are not.....almost all designs are foreign and the hard-to-make parts are bought from china...
But this was necessary to counter the indian threat...

BTW, i think Pakistan now has operational strategic warheads of 150-200kt in its inventory, not the Hiroshima sized one.

I think it will have a good number of ICBMs and second strike ability by 2020.

having second strike capability by 2020 will be difficult because presently pakistan is not working on any slbm's and no future plans regarding that and even a nuclear subs to arm them

I was very surprised that Pakistan has made so much progression in its ballistic missile technology, thus the developmento of the second strike capability may come out faster than most people realize.
