It is often used when someone gets roasted or when they lose/fail at something.

It's just one competition and China sends many teams and athletes to compete for different competitions, some perfomed well , like topping the world swimming champaignship , some didn't , like this one, it's quite natural and Chinese teams now focus home event Asian Games happening next month. You Indians have the shame to talk sports with China, this is the biggest joke in the world.Can't hear you properly, can you cry loud and clear

It's true its a bad performance, first time in more than 20 years China didn't win any gold in this sports event. Chinese sports teams always have the adjusting and relaxing seasons between the Olympic Games and to make sure all the athletes being in peak condition in the Olympic years. besides, no all best athlete were sent to this event, some focus on the home event, Asian Games happeiing next month in Hangzhou.It's quite natural for China to end up worse than Pakistan on the medal tally?
Now , tell me why India, with the world biggest population, is always a midget in sports?
