May join hands with Imran if it's in the best interest of Pak: Musharraf

because of his foreign policy we are where we are. The problem with this guy is that he is arrogant toto the point that he thinks he is the most intellignet, most knowledgable and correct. To be hoonest this man has caused Pakistan the most problems when he was in power and even after he left he left Zardari a known convicted criminal thanks to his NRO.

This man should be tried for treason against Pakistan, for all innocents killed in drone attacks, for allinnovents killed in Lal Masjid, for Benazir murder, for lying to the nation, for his martiallaw against NS, etc etc.

If he doesn't have the honour or shame to swallow a bullet himself,then courts should try and hang him

IK would keep Musharraf in line.


You cannot deny Mushy has a lot more knowledge on foreign policy than IK.

Imran already took over Musharraf's party by allowing his party members to join in. He would get away with it...

But if he joined hands with Musharraf - he will not even win his own seat in the general elections

So better - say no no to Musharraf Imran Khan and focus on the better issues

MQM has already offered musharraf one karachi seat that he can contest and MQM would withdraw from that constituency in his favour

anyway musharraf will be seen in politics as he will atleast secure one seat from either karachi or gilgit baltistan, period

i suggest musharraf should join MQM, both will benefit from their expertise

musharraf cetainly changed pakistan one time, his presence in pakistan is a must to bring change in the political atmosphere, he should be there when pakistan needs change i say he should come and contest the elections

Musharraf carries a lot of wrong political baggage. I dont think Imran should ally himself with him.

Having said that, it will be dream combination if Musharraf did not have that baggage and had not run away into exile. I hate leaders who run away from the country. Musharraf should not have left. He should have faced consequences of his wrong decisions by staying back. This would have been the right repentance. Just saying sorry is not enough.

If Musharraf wants to continue to be respected, then he must never join MQM, a party of political thugs and terrorists.

Musharraf's invites have little to do with his respect, rather his stand on issues. He is known to be pro-west.. A westernized drinking man.. someone who will also pass unnoticed at most entry points.

IK on the other hand, is much better known in the UK and apart from his earlier repute has his burden of Taliban Khan to carry.
He is also much more relavent, people and governments follow IK a lot more than Musharraf(who has to struggle for any attention). Invites at TT seminars and lectures at universities are one thing.. being recognized enough to be searched is another.
Although Ive heard the UK airports in general are now getting more and more paranoid.

That , and his repute for being anti-west.
The UK gov probably has him on a list for his purported statements in support of the Taliban.

As IK will learn, if you scorn the west then you shall pay.
