Bangalore, May 23: As M Chinnaswamy Stadium gears up to host the eliminator of IPL 5 between Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians at 8 PM on Wednesday, the official website has already announced the winners of the crucial tie as lady luck continues to favour MS Dhoni's team as they are declared winners even before the match has started.

The season has witnessed the most exciting finishes in the history of IPL, leading to speculations on whether the matches are fixed, though there aren't any instances in reality.

Moreover, to add more spice to the exciting finishes, a couple of controversies have rocked IPL 5, which includes a sting operation that was conducted by a television channel which has exposed corruption in IPL. Five players were suspended following their alleged involvement in spot-fixing.

There are a few speculations on Royal Challengers Bangalore's last league match, the crucial tie against Deccan Chargers played at Hyderabad on Sunday which ended in Chargers' favour as they knocked RCB out of play-offs to help Chennai Super Kings qualify for the last four stage due to their better net runrate.

While the website also declared Chennai winners of the second qualifier as well against Delhi Daredevils to qualify for the IPL final for the fourth time to play against Kolkata Knight Riders on May 27, Sunday.

This could be a blunder, or could it just be a prediction as Chennai have been favoured by lady luck many a times, is a question that leaves one pondering.
