Chinese have common sense to know how fast and furious this 1000 year happen once flood struck Henan and only God can be blame if really needed.

Whole subway flooded in just an hour rain of starting. Even the few heavy storm that struck Henan in last few decades take at least 8-12 hours just to do the same job. And what super fast response can you expect? Oh yes, armchair general like you!

You have no respect for the people that even used their life to save the victims and stop these calamity. All you do is gloat and make stupid assumption and want superman response.

Actually, even if God is the only one to blame, it is compassionate to allow people blame the government. People are powerless in front of God so blaming God only makes them feel helpless. Blaming someone more tangible gives people a vent to release their frustration. Don't believe me? Ask anyone who has lost loved ones in this disaster.

So assuming the right early warning systems are in place the meteorological office should have known to expect floods with a 90% accurate prediction on the time and volume.

Rain storms don't magically appear, I remember Hurricane Katrina many years ago was tracked weeks in advance when it was a minor depression off the coast of west africa.

So don't repeat the same illogical line of reasoning the storm was not unpredicted.

Yes you can predict the volume of rain with reasonable accuracy - accurate enough to evacuate and move people to high ground. In Germany, people died because they ignored flood alerts and evacuation orders. I can't understand why anyone would go underground when torrential rain is expected...

Like blaming someone who already do his best? Attack the rescuer who send aid , working tirelessly all night to find any survivor as your so called way of compassionate expression? No blaming of whatever. Everybody just try to salavage the situation. Many Henan local claim they have never in their life during such storm.
