Man files case against Lord Rama for ‘cruelty’ towards his wife Sita

It reminds me of a case which i witnessed in consumer court.

A guy filed a case against a famous jewelry......Case goes like this.....

This guy bought a birth stone from the shop, and ever since he bought the product, he faced problems. His uncle expired, he could not take the delivery of the vehicle he booked, one of his close relative met with an accident....... .So this guy blamed the shop for all this problem.......The shop replied , that we have provided the stone he asked for, beyond that we cannot do anything.....

The judge asked the petitioner "How do you expect the court take evidence in this case"????? The reply came from a very senior lawyer present in the court to attend another case..... "You should have thought this before accepting such case in file"

He got away with it because he was very senior lawyer, and he was right. Otherwise such statements against court can be considered as "Contempt of Court", especially this happened infront of the full bench and middle of the proceedings....

That's true bro....Its actually a contempt of court...but in a view the contempt of court was already done while accepting such a case. He was naïve only to reiterate that. I hope the case didn't hold ground and was dissolved?

The case was dismissed without any costs.....

1) Why not put kidnapping case on ravana,
2) why not put case on lakshman for assaulting a women (shurpanakha)
3) so by this it proves that all the property in ayodhya belongs to lord ram
4) seetha can claim her right to property from her in laws and rightly half of ayodhya should be given to her.

Anyways case will fall in first or second hearing, what a waste of resources. Many times in Pakistan too such type of foolish petitioned served in H.C just out of idiocy and cheap publicity. We need to implement law against these foolish petitions first a bench of senior lawyers or Judges should decide it is debatable or not then send any petition to court for further hearing.

Either this Lowyer is the biggest moron and has gone mad or its his publicity stunt. However, the court has rejected this case against Lord Rama where in this idiot lawyer sued both Rama and Laxman. He said that Lord Rama was cruel to his wife Sita because he deserted her and it was a woman exploitation case. But the court gave valid point to reject this writ. The court asked this moron who would be witnesses, what was the date when Rama left Sita. Before sueing Rama he should sue Ravana who kidnapped Sita, did atrocities on her. But such psychopath and attention seekers found everywhere who do whatever silly things to come in lime light.

Yes, he should be asked to do the dishes, clean the plates, give gift to wife on every other occasion, take her to movies every alternate day......May be the petitioner has done all this and is angry with Rama and try to to the same to him!!
