So he wants to illegally take over public land again? Once a crook, always a crook.
He has bought the land. The land in karachi where Sindh government offered him expensive land cheaply and took their cut He promised to pay the profit back while the cuts he gave to Sindh government don't pay anything back .
I simply can't wait for him to launch in peshawar where people actually need this .
This of peshawar as a hub and center of Central. Asia . Consider it somewhere that can connect Pakistan through central Asia.
It needs development at the same rate as karachi and lahore .

I will be waiting for Bahria Town in Peshawar. Let's see if it as good as the other Bahria Town projects. If so chances are I might get something.

That was a cheap land sold to Malik Riaz at 10 times it's market value.
This is excluding the extortion by judiciary.

.
Malik Riaz have to pay fine of Rs460b, what better way then to sell more plots.

He is a good businessman a revolutionary. He must do thing properly now no matter what mess he created in his earlier days .
I love his bahria town more then even defence . There is nothing so peaceful in lahore. Wanted to live there myself.

But it would be good for Peshawar because the city is relatively backward as far as first world residential facilities are concerned. Therefore Malik Riyaz wants to tap the opportunity there.

Hmm, that's all of Pakistan's cities. Large chaotic, hot messes.

I like Riaz Malik... He was a victim of a corrupt system rather than a proponent of it.

Only poor jealous people pass hate on him!

Only jealous pathetic poor people are haters of the players!

How strange .... and I guess this is the problem with our nation.

A thief & crook is allowed to do as he pleases and the awaam and those in power support him.

The concept of Bahria town is great and Pakistan needs it for modern living.
My objections are the walls and the corruption.

Bahria towns are literal walled cities, and while you can't blame the people or Malik riaz for that, we have to do some soul searching on why we are diving our country with walls.

As for corruption... the original owners of the land tend to be the government or poor people, if they sell that land at market value and do it freely then that is fine. But stories of forced selling is rampant.
