Maldives gets Dhruv helicopter from India

Is it just me or India really (re)painted Coast Guard Dhruv CG-852 and gave it to Maldives?

Indian Coast Guard Dhruv's are numbered between CG-851 to CG-85*.

Example are CG-851 and CG-853.

The Maldvives Dhruv is CG-852.
