Pakistan needs to build the military capabilities of countries that surround India.

Pakistan doesnt have the time and money to do this, plus alot of its surrounding countries are either its allies or neutral countries which have an insignificant military might compared to india so building their capabilities wont give any advantage to Pakistan.

We should have other factories as well for producing ammunition instead of solely depending on only ONE which seems to be an easy target for any enemy to attack and make a logistical nightmare for the whole military.

Maldives and Nepal are very hostile to India. You need to catch up on recent events. Sri Lanka is also weary of India. That only leave the Hasina regime in Bangladesh.

None of India's neighbours other than China or Pak can cause any significant concerns for India no matter how well we arm them.

if Pakistan wanna help Maldives then the best way is to provide them assistance in survival of their country against climate changes through adopting the different technique further incase of any disaster pakistan should help them in evacuation of their population as well providing them assistance to build sweet water plants.

Are you kidding me? Maldives is an ally of india, india even has a naval presence there since 2009 and it has little to non existent armed forces and has neutral ties with us. They arent hostile to india and wont ever be because of there past history, the little uneasiness they currently have is because of the GMR incident and its which isnt enough to turn them against India at all. Just because their population is of Muslim majority doent mean they are hostile to india.

Nepal is also an ally of india, they dont even need visa's to visit each other. Their relationships were bad in 1989 only, after that they have been once again normalized and grown. They have neutral ties with us, just because we helped them during a natural disaster doesnt make us their ally. Their military could pose a nuisance if they didnt have such strong ties which shows as they are a regular buyer of indian arms and its past service rifle was non other than the Insas.

Srilanka is neutral and has close ties with us and india both. They haven't grown weary of india, they have just started having better relationship with china thats all.

Bangladesh as we all know is the lap dog of india and would never go against it specially when there is a choice between us and india.

And lastly you forgot about Burma. Burma is once again a neutral country having normal relations with both Pakistan and india but still has a better relationship with india than with us.

You yourself should get updated on these topics instead of telling other to do so.

They can become nuisance just like Kabul regime is now for us.
The only potential countries that can do this are Neutral countries like Sirlanka and Burma but both wont risk going against a giant like india, Specially for a country like us which has nothing to offer them for doing so.

You are right but at that time Pakistan could only afford to build and protect one factory complex and it was the best decision of them time but now Pakistan has more resources and can afford to spread its risk by building different factories in different areas.
