• 47 Administrative regions each with their own development budget
• Not based on Language but designed to offer best service to citizens , emphasis on CITIZENS word
• Jobs are allocated based on merit not on regional dialect
• There is no massive concentration of population , population is evenly distributed

Now imagine how many Administrative regions should be in Pakistan?

Pakistan is being held back by the 2-3 Families who want Lump Sum money in their hand to distribute to their own workers as perks

We need, demand and want a separate administrative representatives elected based on merit by the people of Karachi for the development of Karachi alone, not some gadar looterai baap ka hijra beta.

We are the biggest city of Pakistan, financial hub of the country, New York of Pakistan without the financial and administrative justice that we deserve, we won't allow Karachi to fall to ruin like interior Sindh..

I think Federal Government / Army and Supreme Courts should sit down and make this possible
i.e. Creation of 50 Administrative zones in Pakistan

• Establish this fool proof system for Distributing money so Large Amounts are not in just 1 hand

Put a Provision in place that without Army's Agreement , the Administrative zones would not be able to changed back to 3-4 provinces

The 40-50 Administrative zones will ensure , these regions get money for

a) Schools
b) Hospitals
c) Clean/Up Sanitation
d) Parks
e) Roads
f) Civil Services
g) Small Economic Zone in each Administrative zone


% of Population residing in a Administrative Zone will ensure greater share​

Karachi needs relief from burden. I will continue to harp on the solution which is to move the capital of Sindh to Keti bandar and name it mehran or zulfiqarabad or whatever. Give Karachi a mayor and also to other cities.
