Pakistan has ALWAYS been violating ceasefire. There is noting new about it

What is new is that the Indian govt. has taken a decision to ignore this and let the Indian Army handle it at their level without getting involved.


I encourage pakistan to talk more to Huriyat .....I think Indian govt. must encourage this too, and I think they will.
