Ye thats why they(china russia usa) abstained right?just after we got independence we were offered unsc seat but nehru rejected right? I dont know the whole thing.

These guys abstained because they don't want to make it very obvious....if you see all of them support it verbally...however no commitments set in stone yet....which is obvious....in geo-politics there is a simple concept of give and take.....in other words what will India bring onto table in response for their support...delaying and by not making it apparent means they want to keep the negotiating leverage with them...

India has already gathered enough support and India is helping many countries in many sectors. If you see how many head's of States visited in the past 1 year then you can already understand what GoI is doing.
