There's nothing new in it; it's the same subversion and sabotage that intelligence agencies have been doing for decades. It's become a buzzword around GHQ and security-related think tanks in the capital. It's quite hilarious.

To counter it, we need a much higher magnitude of brains and balls than we currently have in our national security set up. Being a well-meaning patriot simply isn't going to cut it.
