• Rigid and fast enforcement of law
• Make it harsh and non bailable offence (unless found not guilty later)
• Any police that does not file FIR from any victim should be suspended and barred from ever gaining any government employment.
• Legalise and regulate prostitutions
• Promote open society where jeans, skirts or skimpy clothes aren't seen as inviting rape. Those type of mentality leads to gross act of victim blaming while ignoring the rapist i.e. in Haryana people blame the victims for the rape and say ''claps don't happen with one hand".

Preventative measures should be taken from early age

• Nationwide free government school education up to 16 years
• Introduce and teach sex-ed and gender studies to teenagers and kids
• Ban same sex schools or classrooms for every government schools
• Give incentives for other schools to want to have mixed classrooms
• Make regular interactions and friendliness between sexes in society the norm.
