well obviously its not going to be placed directly on border with its 250km range.
with a fighter???
for that the fighter has to come within its range.if it gets hit
by then forces would get alerted.

Aerostats are basically meant for those places over which you have air superiority.Also, be rest assured that these are strong enough to take bird hits.The scientists are not that stupid ehh???BTW,you dont find many birds flying at 15000 ft, do you???
