This is a comment I wrote on a linkedin update in which some LUMS people are proudly taking pictures with American consul general. Nothing wrong with that unless other things had not happened in my personal experience with LUMS.

Two years ago I went to LUMS in hope that there could be a cooperation with LUMS faculty in my research. However some junior professor in math continued to behave totally frivolently. However he was very keen in somehow giving me coffee. I had an earlier experience with another professor where I was given some drugs in my coffee.

Lums has to start an internal discussion to understand itself. Are you patriotic Pakistanis or merely American cronies. I had paid membership of Lums library for several years so I could access research journals and I was given drugs in food several times by the LUMS mess which is controlled by LUMS administration. I remember I wrote emails to LUMS professor community several long years ago in hope that they are Pakistani intelligentsia and patriotic Pakistani there would come to my help. They have a guy who gets ten million dollars from a large American software firm and they keep flaunting him everywhere and that guy, instead of understanding the need to help his fellow persecuted Pakistani, asked me to stop writing any emails to LUMS faculty saying I was doing spam and I must stop. I was totally shocked but told that guy that I will keep writing emails for my human rights cause. LUMS needs an internal discussion to know what they are. Are you Pakistanis first or Americans first. If you are Americans why don't you go teach in American universities.

Many Americans remain upset with me that I do not get retarded. I want to make those and other Americans my friend. I have been thwarting a lot of their efforts recently but now I thought it would be nice to find out a way if American friends can make good money from changing political and economic scenarios.

So let us face the reality that Donald Trump has won. Let us now make sure we can make the best out of the new possibilities that arise due to his arrival in oval office. We all like to make money. Do we not? Let us see if changing scenario gives us some opportunity to make smart profits.

Donald Trump has received great support from the rust belt for his promises on economic revival. And I suppose he will take intelligent and concrete steps to revive the industry and economic conditions in these areas. Most of these areas are hurt greatly by several decades of de-industrialization and have been lagging the other more prosperous parts of the country in terms of economic growth. If the economic conditions change here there will be a smart revival in property prices at least in selected parts of these areas. Let us see if smart investment in property in these areas could make smart and intelligent profits.

Property investment depends upon principles of finding both value and potential. And both value and potential have to be found across space(the right location) and time(the right time to enter and offset the transaction). You would have to figure out which areas and specific locations have the most potential in the future meaning if rust belts does turn around what specific areas would benefit the most from this turnaround. You also would have to make investment before everybody anticipates that property values would increase and that means finding value in time. Of course you would like to also find value in space by choosing the right location that also maximizes potential (May be like a small optimization exercise in our brain). And once things turnaround you would like to find the best time to get out of the deal according to your investment priorities. May take a week or two of research for the American friends to figure out the right locations and good deals. If you could not do all of this research you could invest in a REIT that intelligently invests in these areas but you will have to be smart again in choosing the right group of professionals.

So let us wait for a week and see what Donald Trump offers in terms of economic policies and incentives for these areas and see if he has some intelligent plans to revive the midwest and rust belt areas. You could get to know some plans from his economic team and what they have to say. If American friends could make some intelligent money from intelligently following my advice, I will be a happy man.

What is interesting that I gave a link on a different web site but something is wrong or download count is being manipulated. I have myself downloaded the paper more than the counter shows because I wanted to check the authenticity of paper from different possible sources. I would request the friends to check the paper and let us see if self-stylized masters of this world would allow my research to reach the people without creating problems. These self-stylized masters of the world have extreme diarrhea since some Pakistani Muslim has tried to do good scientific work. Now these cunning masters of universe are habitually raising hue and cry that Muslims have woken up and would definitely strip them of their freedom, values and our culture. Let us get them before it is too late like they always do. Morons, we do not want to have to do anything with your values or culture or freedoms but do not act like self-stylized maters of our destiny. I will like to tell the friends everywhere that I am visiting a qualified psychiatrist who has more than 20 years of experience mainly in United States and I found him a very ethical person (he has no religion but very high moral values). When I told him stories of previous treatment by psychiatrists, he replied that such things used to happen normally in USA 100 years ago without any special check and balance. The psychiatrist is totally satisfied with my health and in fact asked me to increase the duration between visits to 30 days instead of earlier 15 days since he was totally convinced of my sanity in hour long interviews in past four months. But I am afraid that now after failing to manipulate and control me, CIA will repeat the only option they always exercised at the end. I am copying post 349 from a sister thread on wilmott.com forum for its very relevance.

When I went to psychiatrist N?s psychiatric facility on 27th April, 2015. I was sitting at the sofa and was waiting for the meeting with the psychiatrist N. About six people came to me and forcefully gave me an injection and starting beating me. They literally continued to beat me and I continued to beg them to stop. They were very violent with all sort of slaps and blows on my face as I was sitting and they were standing. The beating lasted for more than twenty minutes and then they tied my hands and legs very tightly and put me on a bed and gave me another injection. I continued to ask them to loosen the knots but they continued to make fun of me. I was totally surprised since Dr. N had behaved very nicely in the previous meeting held at 20th with my mother and myself and I was sure she would declare me mentally sane on this meeting. After I was kept tied for about half an hour, a new guard came and opened my hands and legs and said that they would keep me at the facility for three days. The next day my medication in the form of pills started and I was also given two more injections. I was given about nine pills at night and about eight pills in the morning. I was still not given the opportunity to meet the psychiatrist N, and I was told several different things by different people including that psychiatrist N had gone to America, and she had gone to Islamabad. About three days into my treatment, I saw through the glass walls that psychiatrist N was interviewing her clients in her office. When I mentioned it to the staff, I was surprised that next day psychiatrist N had the glass walls treated and it was made dull so nobody could see through the glass but psychiatrist N still did not see me. After seven days, I was asked to meet psychiatrist N, and she said that she was unaware of the beating as she was in a meeting something that nobody could ever believe in their wildest imaginative parts of the brain. Psychiatrist N also assured me that I had no schizophrenia but it was a case of some mania. I was very surprised since I was not doing anything including my work very seriously in those days. I was just haphazardly devoting time to various activities. I am also known as the coldest person in house and I also have good relations with everyone while everyone else has some serious fights with others in our family. Psychiatrist N had to concoct some excuses to give me very large doses of medicine. Her staff continued to say that we are giving you drugs so that the effect of other drugs given to you by previous psychiatrists decreases while psychiatrist N had prescribed more antipsychotics of any other doctor I ever had before. I would write the details of drugs in a later post.
Another acute problem I am facing is that my computers were taken in custody by the psychiatrist N?s staff and the computers that were working better with less gadgets on them remained in custody and they installed more devices on them to change my work and create problems for my research. I would request Americans that I have been sharing my research with everyone previously and I could have made large money out of some of that research but I still decided to distribute everything freely and this was the case even ten years ago when I had made Libor Market Model web and I had freely distributed my programs. I would request Americans to press upon their government to not change my programs and let me continue with my research. This is one activity that I would request Americans to ask their government to refrain from. If any American could help me with this, I would be very thankful to them and consider it their great deed for me. I would request American government again to not change my programs in anyway. I will be thankful to you guys if you could do this for me.
They also continue to use gases on me and the gases settle on the body and when I Take a shower almost everyday, the water that comes off the body is dark black. I would again request Americans to ask their government to avoid the use of gases and let me live a natural life as a human.
Again I will make this appeal to Americans, I am not a bad human and I do not wish anything wrong to your nation. I have used very different language here but that is mainly because I started to lose control after sixteen years of persecution. For about ten years into my persecution, I had not even told people at Wilmott about my persecution at all and I just thought that this bad patch of my life would simply just pass away. Most good humans would realize that this is not the fate of any human(especially the good ones) to be treated like this ever. Please help stop this activity if you can.

He does make two thousand five hundred for an hour but most psychiatrists here would spend ten to twenty minutes and strip the same money from you and most of the "duddu tuttu psychiatrists" pounce upon the opportunity to make millions by conniving with CIA which this guy has never done. Every "duddu tuttu" who becomes a qualified psychiatrist tries to become a money making machine and you are putting those good humans who have kept the respect of the profession alive in the same category as the black sheep of the profession.

I want to request the Americans and the world community to press on their government to stop my persecution now and stop using United States infrastructure to force/coax psychiatrists to declare me mentally ill. My father is also in CIA's hands and they always moved him to declare me mentally sick. I was previously given electric shocks again and again and again for at least fifteen days in order to retard me forever once for all. It took me several years after the electric shocks to resume normal mental work. There were also several other psychiatrists who brutally raped me. I was constantly kept on anti-psychotics for more than fifteen years. My period of detention in these eighteen years would probably be more than three years when I was forcefully confined in the facility. One psychiatric facility in Karachi detained me for eleven months after I returned from London and told me that I would be allowed to go out only if I would live with my family otherwise I would be indefinitely detained in the facility. Once I was detained every psychiatrist refused to let me have a second opinion. One psychiatrist even said that he had forfeited my right to second opinion under Pakistan's mental health law(there is no such clause in the law but he knew I was detained at the mercy of belligerent staff who would resort to tying with chains on simple matters). This is an obvious targeted human rights abuse issue. I would request the world community to press on responsible people to stop the same thing from continuing again and again.

I am copying another post 344 related to post 349 that I had copied here earlier. This post was what I scribbled on paper so that I could recall all things later. I have corrected a date that is actually 20th April but was written as 29th April in error. It does not give any graphic details of beatings but the complete details can be verified in the camera footage (if it is not photo-shopped to deceive people) to verify I am speaking the truth.

I had two sessions with the doctor N previously on the 20th of April and once before at 13 or 14th of April. I remained away from home during this time and second meeting on 20th of April, evening after the night when I remained away from home. I had told the doctor about my circumstances in the first meeting with her. She had said that I looked perfectly fine mentally but she needed to talk to my family. On 20th of April, I took my mother for a second joint session of myself and my and the psychiatrist said, after the meeting, that said she really could not call me schizophrenic but she needed one more sessions and asked me to come to her facility on 27th of April.
When I arrived at the psychiatric facility, a psychologist had asked me to accompany her which I did and on the way to the her room, I asked for the reason, after which she replied that she wanted to take a session of mine. I told her that I already had a session with another psyc hologist and also with a psychiatrist so I would prefer to have a new session with the psychiatrist now. She agreed and I returned to the waiting room. I was sitting on a sofa in the waiting room on 27th at 8:00 PM (PST) in the line to see the psychiatrist when about five guards took control of me, while I was sitting on a sofa in the waiting room to see the doctor, and gave me an injection. I was beaten and my legs and hands were very strictly tied for more than hour. Though the doctor was in her consultation room and a lot of people were waiting to see her, I was told again and again that doctor was not present at the facility.
In the previous two sessions, she had given the impression I was healthy mentally but she used force without interviewing for the third time or seeing me and without requests to comply. If she was given any special information, she should have talked to me about it and she should have verified with me any change in circumstances.
One injection was given around 8 PM when I arrived for third session with the doctor N. I really think that the doctor was there since there was a large rush of visitors and her SUV was parked in the hospital but everybody among the staff continued to say that doctor did not come to the facility this evening.
I was kept tied for more than one hour. I was taken tied from the waiting room to my room. All these rooms have video cameras so you can ask Dr. N for a video of the events though she might make the excuse that cameras were not working. One of the staff had mentioned when they brought me into a patient room in the facility, that everything was watched by cameras.I would request people familiar with the matter to request her to show them footage of the cameras. Of course, there could be many excuses that cameras were not working but I insist that cameras were working.
Good Mental health facilities try to avoid treating humans like this.
Another injection was given at night before I slept.
and my internet USB device was also taken. They simply took possession of everything out of my pockets and also took my laptop.
When I asked why they gave me injections, one of the staff told me you were ?hyper? and I was totally surprised since I was quietly sitting on the sofa in the waiting lounge for the doctor. I was told that I would stay in the hospital for three days. I am sure this matter can be resolved who is lying and who is truthful once you look apt video footage of cameras in most rooms.

One injection was given in the morning. One injection was given around noon. All injections were IM (given in the muscle.)
Unknown pills(some pills in the morning +5 pills around noon + 3 pills at night) were given and I was told,? We will tell you know the names of these pills only when you leave.?
Computer was returned today but I was told that we did not take your mobile and they continued to say we never took my mobile. My mobile was never returned( despite I always keep my mobile on me.)
I was also not given my EVO USB device and I was told you cannot write anything on internet. However the USB device was returned to my mother at night.

I was told today by the psychologist that doctor N had gone to America and will come back after seven days and only then she would be able to see you. I was told we are adjusting your medicine and see what was a good medicine. I was told they were discussing the drugs with her on phone and skype There were several conflicting statements about where Dr. N was. Somebody said she was just out of city and had gone to Islamabad.
When I asked my mother who is living with me at the hospital, I wanted a second opinion, because of beating and other irresponsible behavior of the psychiatrist, my mother would make all sort of excuses while the staff would say that you cannot leave the hospital until Dr. N arrives who is currently out of country.
Earlier today, I was told that I would live at the hospital for fifteen days and later I was told that I would live at the facility for seven days. When I was tied, somebody had told me that I would live in the hospital for three days only.
My mother told me please do not write anything wrong on internet otherwise, they would take your USB forcefully like Dr. A had done more than one year ago. The purpose was to threaten me to not write about any maltreatment so that the doctor would continue to freely manipulate me.
7-8 pills were given in the afternoon and similar number of pills were given at night. At many times during the day, I could barely walk and had extreme difficulty speaking.

However several organs of state have totally failed to comprehend what is good for our country Pakistan. At such a difficult time, Pakistan Army is one of those institutions where most Pakistanis hope that right decisions will be made about true interests of Pakistan. Gen Raheel Sharif re-organized Army as a strong patriotic force that continued to urge other organs of state to take actions towards good of Pakistan. General Raheel Sharif made every Pakistani proud of Pak Army because of how he took action again and again to protect the interests of Pakistan. All Patriotic Pakistanis see your appointment as the new Army Chief as a continuation and enhancement of the great policies and the right steps Pakistan Army took in order to protect the interests of our motherland. I want to bring your attention to a major problem facing Pakistan today. A large number of foreign students and Pakistani professionals go to USA every year. CIA keeps track of very talented graduates and professionals from target countries like Pakistan in USA and if some of those talented people decide to return to their motherland Pakistan with a desire to serve their people, CIA determines whether they should be allowed to freely go back and if CIA decides otherwise, they give bribes to agents and corrupt politicians in Pakistan and some agencies here retard those talented people and get the promised reward and bribes in return. Such actions by some of our own people keep the fate of our countries dark forever. I will like to emphasize that none of these targeted people have any remote connection to terrorism or extremism. They are targeted solely based on their talent and their ability to start businesses and enterprises especially in advanced technologies sectors where our country is truly lagging. I believe several tens of Pakistani citizens have been retarded in Pakistan over past ten years due to efforts of CIA. Nobody can easily determine the monumental loss to our country's economy because the efforts of so many returning Pakistani expatriates to set up technological enterprises in our country were so successfully thwarted by CIA. Many economists state that advanced technological industries in South East Asia and other Asian tigers were established in a 'flying geese pattern' where some individual started a technological enterprise and then more and more businessmen and entrepreneurs followed their lead and established even more successful technological businesses and slowly the fate of the entire nations changed towards a better and greater future. CIA successfully stalled this flying geese pattern from developing in our country by repeatedly retarding, controlling and thwarting the intelligent professionals who were ready to take the initiative to set up advanced technological enterprises in our country. Now we look at our country where our exports are continuously declining and we are lagging far behind the countries who received aid from us ten years ago. It is so ironic that Our Politicians hold seminars in foreign countries to attract investment and these seminars and conferences are usually total failure but many of these politicians actively retard Pakistanis who want to set up even more advanced technological companies in Pakistan.

I am an average sample out of those Pakistanis who were chosen to be retarded by CIA. Despite the efforts of my persecution, I continued to do research and as a Pakistani I am proud to state that I have discovered methods for the solution of ordinary and stochastic differential equation and my research is very fundamental and, learning from the history of work done in applied mathematics over past several centuries, I am sure that these methods I discovered would be used in applied mathematics for hundreds of years to follow. I am very proud to have done it as a Pakistani.

I would like to dispel any possible image that these targeted Pakistanis want in any way something wrong for our country or other fellow citizens. Despite my persecution by Pakistani state apparatus, I have a burning desire to serve my country. I have always tried to contribute my suggestions towards a better understanding how we should manage our country towards success. I will cite some of my attempts to stimulate discussion about the better future of Pakistan.

There are many other such threads I started and other posts and I attempt to write here on this forum since I have a strong desire to serve my country despite the hostile attitude of so many Pakistani compatriots. I have always tried to start discussions so that there could be an informed consensus in Pakistani people about the steps we need to take as a collective nation towards our better future. Most of these discussions are meant as an initial initiative for the policy experts to consider and build a consensus among themselves how to implement them.

I would request the army chief to take a strict action against the extra-judicial retarding of Pakistani citizens on behest of CIA. Myopic politicians involved in this activity have to be admonished and kept under surveillance by Army intelligence so they do not restart such activities again in the future. I am a strong proponent of democracy and there is a consensus among Pakistani people that it must continue in Pakistan. But I think there are times when Pakistan Army must intervene and stress on other organs of state to stop myopic activities that hurt our country Pakistan forever. Personally I do believe that damage done to Pakistan's economy due to extra-judicial retarding is of the order of several tens of billions of dollars. We have to stop this illegal and extra-judicial activity once for all now and it is my request to General Qamar Javed Bajwa to personally intervene and end this matter forever in order to protect the interest our motherland. As a patriotic Pakistani, I would like to mention that when all else has failed, I have great hopes from Pakistan army as this is the strongest institution that has continued to protect the foundations of our country Pakistan and has acted to safeguard the aspirations of Pakistani people. Please take action to restore the better future for Pakistani people.

General Raheel Sharif greatly surpassed the expectations of most Pakistanis that we had when he was appointed. We really had very good expectations. This is what I was writing in a post when General Raheel was appointed Army Chief. He helped the democracy flourish while intervening in government affairs only when there was a need to do that in the interests of Pakistan.

"I hope Raheel Sharif remodels Pakistan army on purely professional lines. We need a very good professional army that understands what is good for our country, Pakistan. And he should help in strengthening the institutions of the country including democracy. We need to take our country towards stability where major concern of the democratic institutions is to take the country towards prosperity and eradication of poverty. Instead of being afraid of any ambush from the other party, the democratic institutions and army should work together for the goal of a better and prosperous Pakistan. And only then we can achieve our dreams of a great Pakistan regarded and loved by its own people and other countries of the world alike."

It is so ironic that Our Politicians hold seminars in foreign countries to attract investment and these seminars and conferences are usually total failure but many of these politicians actively retard Pakistanis who want to set up even more advanced technological companies in Pakistan.

I am an average sample out of those Pakistanis who were chosen to be retarded by CIA. Despite the efforts of my persecution, I continued to do research and as a Pakistani I am proud to state that I have discovered methods for the solution of ordinary and stochastic differential equation and my research is very fundamental and, learning from the history of work done in applied mathematics over past several centuries, I am sure that these methods I discovered would be used in applied mathematics for hundreds of years to follow. I am very proud to have done it as a Pakistani.

I would like to dispel any possible image that these targeted Pakistanis want in any way something wrong for our country or other fellow citizens. Despite my persecution by Pakistani state apparatus, I have a burning desire to serve my country. I have always tried to contribute my suggestions towards a better understanding how we should manage our country towards success. There are many other such threads I started and other posts and I attempt to write here on this forum since I have a strong desire to serve my country despite the hostile attitude of so many Pakistani compatriots. I have always tried to start discussions so that there could be an informed consensus in Pakistani people about the steps we need to take as a collective nation towards our better future. Most of these discussions are meant as an initial initiative for the policy experts to consider and build a consensus among themselves how to implement them.

I would request the army chief to take a strict action against the extra-judicial retarding of Pakistani citizens on behest of CIA. Myopic politicians involved in this activity have to be admonished and kept under surveillance by Army intelligence so they do not restart such activities again in the future. I am a strong proponent of democracy and there is a consensus among Pakistani people that it must continue in Pakistan. But I think there are times when Pakistan Army must intervene and stress on other organs of state to stop myopic activities that hurt our country Pakistan forever. Personally I do believe that damage done to Pakistan's economy due to extra-judicial retarding is of the order of several tens of billions of dollars. We have to stop this illegal and extra-judicial activity once for all now and it is my request to General Qamar Javed Bajwa to personally intervene and end this matter forever in order to protect the interest our motherland. As a patriotic Pakistani, I would like to mention that when all else has failed, I have great hopes from Pakistan army as this is the strongest institution that has continued to protect the foundations of our country Pakistan and has acted to safeguard the aspirations of Pakistani people. Please take action to restore the better future for Pakistani people.

Above, I have written the email I sent to different ISPR Officers. I also sent a fax to ISPR today in the morning. ISPR people were extremely nice and helpful when I had to call and ask about the quality of fax. I also sent a copy of the letter to GHQ through snail mail using our government post office system. I came to know every letter written to our Army Chief has to be sent through simple Post Office Mail system.

At this stage, I would request all patriotic Pakistanis in Army and in other spheres of life who have been observing how intelligent and talented Pakistanis returning from abroad are retarded in this city to take action so as to end this ill in our society forever. I have moved a request to our Army Chief, it would be nice if other patriotic Pakistanis who have access to him make possible that our Army Chief makes the right decision for our country and our nation. Pakistani people hope that Pak Army will take action and help safeguard the noble aspirations of Pakistani people.

Here is my recent paper on the solution of Ordinary Differential Equations. I did most of the basic research in April 2016. The paper presents very fundamental ideas that are going to be widely applicable in applied mathematics. Ordinary differential equations and stochastic differential equations are the most obvious beneficiary of this new technique. Many Ordinary differential equations mathematicians never thought they could ever solve can now be extremely easily solved by this new method. Similarly the field of stochastic differential equations also immensely benefited from this method as it has revolutionized monte carlo simulations and new techniques for the numerical solution of stochastic differential equations have emerged. Though ideas in paper are perfectly sound and are of fundamental importance, the paper admittedly is not very well written for various reasons but this problem will be resolved in the next version due in a few weeks.

I would request any good Americans and good humans all across the world to stop this torture American agencies are doing on me. After I repeatedly wrote about gases, the use of gases almost really stopped but they have started using it again in the past week. These people just do not stop using gases at all. Now when these agents in Pakistan and their patrons in USA are totally frustrated because they are afraid that my persecution might have to be stopped due to my recent efforts, they have resorted to using high frequencies on special organs to torture and unnerve me. In past they have used high frequencies to give cuts on my tongue something they repeatedly continued to do despite my asking again and again to stop doing such things. In the past, they have also given me cuts on my face, ears and some other places using high frequencies.
