Really?. So you are trying to promote politics in army and it is called act of treason because in army act it is clearly written that army represent federal unity and all army personnel taking oath that they will not take part in any country politics. Seriously what are you writing?

No I'm taking about a road not build according to specifications because of Corruption. I never mentioned anything about anything else including army... read my posts.

The terms for the contract for m9 is BOT ie built, operate n transfer.
So the main chuck of funding is arranged by the contractor him self....the govt. Provided the additional land required for the expansion of the highway into a motorway.
The contractor is responsible for the m9 for the duration of the contract
