it is an indian terrorist orgainsation anyway , formed by them , funded by them and also gave them intelligent info to bomb temple of tooth , hospitals , schools and to kill 150,000 Sri Lankan civilians

by the way,it doesn't mention which kind of Indian uniform..Indian armed force has various kind of uniforms.Indeed one nice source..
