Sorry village name cannot be quoted because of authorization issue but SSG company cleared the said village and after giving clearance just as they were about to leave they were ambushed by the some women and teenagers from behind resulting in considerable casualties.Now how do you expect soilders from that unit or army as a whole to trust the next village?

so by that logic if rangers are attacked by someone from some house in Karachi then they shouldn't trust any of the houses and point their guns all the times to every house they are passing by, and treat all the people in karachi the same as terrorists?
and i can't believe that you are accusing some whole village of fighting against the army yet you can't mention name of that village?

I was under the impression that PAF has wonderful ability of precise air strikes on populations, so there should be no excuse for Datta Khel case. So what if awaam of Datta Khel didnt evacuate their homes? Pak army still carried out air strikes, artillery shelling there, as well as drones........ Judging from the current scenario, it seems fearless wazirs of Datta Khel made the wise decision, they minimized their material losses and escaped the humiliation of being IDP in tents, begging for food, standing in line and getting kicks and sticks etc, signing agreement is not that big shock for them......But the ones who got stained, the IDPs, will return with their houses razed to the ground or severely damaged, will not be compensated and on top of that they had to prove their loyalty.

Pakistan is threatening them that their Citizenship can be cancelled and properties/lands confiscated, as there is concept of collective punishment in FCR so the threat is for lacs of tribals.....This Military establishment has grown balls with brain going down the drain, never in the entire history any state or empire has issued such threat to the tribes of this region. Canceling citizenship of the tribes and displacing them from their ancestral lands on violation of agreement?.......where they will go?, to Afghanistan?......../

The abolition of the diabolical FCR has always been a demand of the people of FATA but the lunatics running islam ka qila always turned a deaf ear to the justified demands and still look on FATA as a buffer zone and its denizens as savages - the mentality and policy brown sahibs inherited from their colonial masters. Just like their former white masters even today those who are allegedly involved in some kind of “anti-state” activities are called miscreants, the dim-witted and mentally challenged brown saibs cannot even come up with a new vocable to describe such people. Heavy fine is still levied on the local tribes if they fail to hand over the wanted “miscreants” to the government. The PPP government made some amendments in FCR, but they are neither sufficient nor implemented. The abolition of FCR in its entirety is the only way forward. The amalgamation of FATA with KPK is also a no no for the vile creatures calling shots in Islamabad as it will further consolidate the position of Pashtuns and drastically aggrandize their political clout. FATA is also used as a base to interfere in the internal matters of Afghanistan - if it had a provincial status, opening madrasas and turning young Pashtuns into Jihadis would be a bit more arduous task for pakfojzindabad.
