Actually voter turnout was too low in the valley region. It is only after adding turnout from Ladakh that this voter turnout was distorted to give it a much acceptable look.

Anyways more reports would be quoted soon about failure of elections in IOK.

See the map this @Areesh has posted showing Ladakh in map of Pakistan, the most important Jugular vein(shah rag) Indus river flows through Ladakh which is under our control. But he is trying to deny the high turnout in Ladakh, the Hurriyat Loonies too never stop mentioning Ladakh when it comes to Kashmir.

Kathua (70.43%) Doda (68.41%), Udhampur (67.92 %), Kishtwar (64.46%) and Ramban (63.22%).

Baramulla had 46% in the end. Other than that you chose two of the lowest polled areas. They don't include majority let alone all JnK people. About the reasons - I mentioned that a few days back.
