I would say it is illegal to use public properties / assets for such a negative propaganda ... so it is not just anti-policy, it is also illegal. However a person protesting for "free Baluchistan" will be against foreign-policy of UK for friendly nations and since Pakistan and UK enjoy cordial relations, even such protests should be discouraged otherwise Pakistan reserves the right to reciprocate with similar allowance against UK.

Both Pakistan and UK are democratic countries, both citizens enjoy a certain level of freedom of speech, including engaging in protests on issues that contradict their own government policies. If Pakistanis want to protest against UK for whatever reason, they have a right do so. Same principle applies to UK citizens. These protests will have little or no impact to good government-to-government relations Pakistan and US enjoy.

This is absurd breach. First UK gives asylum to Altaf, then to baloch sardars. Then taxis show this advertisement and now the buses.
Pakistan should not accept just apology because clearly authorities have been willingly ignoring this. Sue them! Even if we loose it will give a clear msg that dont mess around with us!
