1.We can retalliate with heavy firepower and night raids specifically on those posts which are involved in such activities to give them a message that targeting civilians won't do while retaliating normally otherwise.
2. Launch a social media campaign and well documenting and live reporting such attacks by giving videography and live video shooting skills and training to locals, now a days even 30k phone come with 64MP camera.
3. Putting pressure by involving international media and inviting their camera crew and country correspondant in those villages. They can stay there in a relatively safer village and hear and shoot the bombardment of local population live and also interview them.
4. Keep working on such strategies and reviewing and updating them to make lives of civilians on border safer.

Don't you understand how Russia, China, USA or Israel deal with their enemies?
They always start from building a perception...
They have a huge media and strict media rules which aren't the case in Pakistan.
They have $$$ much more than our humble country while our adversery has superiority in numbers as well as equipment and manpower.
So we ain't either Russia, China, Israel or USA. When even USA and Israel don't start a war before winning the media war then how can we do so? A few years back we didn't even have a narrative infront of the world because of the humongous propaganda by our enemies and our own mistakes.
Now we have some room so we need to do something about it, build our perception on right terms!
And only consuming firepower will put 0 pressure over our neighbors, i didn't suggest to avoid replying to the violations but also use other tactics to counter them in a way that hurt not only their army but their each and every citizen in and out of the country!
