Interesting question. You think that sensitive agreements to this level are published online for the world to see? May be a few people on here know a thing or two. There are a lot of people on here that have backgrounds in various things.

There is no such agreement exists between India and Pakistan. It is LOC or ceasefire line.
@PanzerKiel sir your input requested. If there is any agreement of no war between India and Pakistan exists on LOC.

if you see the video carefully in the left corner of the camera you will see the shock wave of the gun shot. it means they were shot from back. just my thinking
