Below are the list of skyscrapers currently under construction which is above 300m. There are several others some stalled and some on the drawing board which i have not posted....
World One- 450m
World One is a supertall residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, India. It is located in Upper Worli within Mumbai on the 7.1-hectare (17.5-acre) defunct Shrinivas Mill site. The project will cost ₹20 billion (US$300 million) and is expected to be completed in 2016,becoming the world’s tallest residential tower.
Omkar-300m+
Located in south Mumbai’s upmarket Worli locality, Omkar’s slum redevelopment project will have two 60-storey residential towers and an office building. It has been designed by London-based architecture firm Foster+Partners and is part of the 10 million sq. ft area the realty firm is developing.
Palais Royale-320m
Palais Royale is a skyscraper located on the land previously owned by Shree Ram Mills Ltd. in Lower Parel, Mumbai. It is the first supertall in India to achieve aLeadership in Energy and Environmental Design Platinum rating for environmental sustainability.
Oasis-372m
Oasis Tower is a skyscraper under construction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. It will be 372 metres (1,220 ft) & 85 floors and 239 metres (784 ft) 53 floors mixed use luxury tower that will house a hotel, office and retail space. It has been designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, USA. The structural consultant is LERA (Leslie E. Robertson Associates), USA. The project will be developed under Oasis Realty, a joint venture between Sahana and Oberoi Realty. It will be the second tallest building in India once complete.

- 70% of tower is already completed. The tower has reached 82 floors (68 habitable + 8 parking floors + 6 core) as of July 2015 in excess of 300 m.
- The expected completion date is 2016.
