Yea by the time india completes this Mumbai tower, the Kingdom Tower will already be completed. This is based on the pace and quality on how construction is done in Middle Eastern countries.

Our second tallest building in Pakistan is 210m. Our tallest is 286m. But then you got the 828m tall Burj Khalifa!

In Pakistan, we were about to build the tallest building, 10 years ago in the Musharraf era. But nothing ever happened.

It actually is currently the tallest in South Asia. Although in construction, It'll be completed in 2017. It is expected to be the tallest before being overtaken by the Palace Royale in Mumbai, 2 years later.

Our one is 151m. World one in Mumbai is 440m.

I don't mean in the sense of tourist coming to India, I mean tourists not visiting Dubai. It's main highlight is the largest building in the world. When you get rid of that, people feel less inclined to come.

Yes if you refer to Bahria Town Icon (273m), it's near end of construction, now structurally topped out, expect to be completed this year. Chapal Skymark (210m) and Dolmen City A/B (151m) are under construction.

The main problem with Pakistan's construction is illegal land grabbers. The whole list of construction companies are land grabbers, with the exception of Centarus and Chapal. Most builders in Karachi grab land and build a ugly block of concrete over it. Real investors with quality buildings are being drawned back due to this.

And what's india's challenge to build? Yeah, toilets for its population and they are even failing at that
