Right Click on the video, you should get the option of "Video Link/address/url" unless the video is private or restricted.

I go to facebook for video, clicked on option and then embed video, then copied this.

So the link for video should be this.
[video]https://www.facebook.com/video/embed?video_id=10152818683860145[/video]
But when I did the same you said, this happens
