Let's talk Libya.

Opening this thread because of two main issues.

1. Billions of dollars of Gaddafi assets which were frozen in Europe are missing and no info is being given on it. Few days back I read $5 billion frozen in one European country went missing.

2. Italy and France are at each other's throats in Libya and supporting different factions to take control of Libyan oil.

The news is not highly available on the developments in Libya so please post on issues happening there and post any info you can dig about the 2 issues mentioned above.
