Even we wonder. Thats why we dont take PAkistani attitude seriously. They have nothing to achieve in INdian J&K today and its proven after alliance between BJP and PDP in J&K.

Pakistan cant let the Kashmiri wagon go away. Its important for their existence. It keeps them binded. Your Army will lose its value if INDIA IS BIGGEST ENEMY bogey is destroyed and that bogey is living only coz of Kashmir thing.

Pakistanis are taught all sorts of things bout UN 1948 convention and all but as per that convention Pakistan itself violated the treaty by not fulfilling certian mandatory clauses in it rendering it null and void.

Now if Pakistanis are exposed to this then their whole claim of Kashmir is over.

Why do u think there were wars in 1965, 1999 started by Pakistan over annexing Kashmir from India? Coy they always lost the 1948 convention logic for their support.

If these referendums takes place,Article 370 would cease to exist and we all know that Geelani and his brotherhood won't want that.

Besides Pak was supposed to withdraw forces from Pak Occupied Kashmir. Since they haven't done that the conditions have not meet matched from their side either.
