Kashmir : either joins Pakistan or Stays Independent (and gets fucked by all 3)

Jammu : joins India as State

Ladakh : I don't know

G/B and AK : stays with pak or joins Azad Kashmir

India should call a referendum and let J&K secede if it wants, join Pakistan if it wants. The people of J&K have a right to determine their own fate.

Indians should let go of their ego about Kashmir and grow up. Having India let J&K secede will not make it a worse country, just as the eternal strife in the area does not make India a better country in any way.

In what right does Jammu join India? Muslims ruled the subcontinent. In what right do you decide to keep a part and leave another? Should the Muslims not decide that?

To be honest, this Hindu cowardice is getting boring. Just open the floodgates, convert for once and end this drama. At least spare the Sikhs and the Gurkhas and Kumayonis who are dying meaninglessly trying to defend you. They have little to gain from protecting you anyway.

Just do plebiscite on both sides of Kashmir. Not difficult solution, but it depends on politicians on both sides, if they continue to play politics on this issue then it will not solve

Plebiscite requires Pakistan to withdraw from entire Kashmir first.We all know answer about this point.

Second,China has some part of Kashmir and we're never going to deal about this issue unless we'll decide it as a whole.

So,it is better to stick with status quo.
