Su-27 only had mechanical radar. MiG-31 was the only Russian jet that got PESA until the 2000s.

Su-27 had mechanical, never had PESA. Su-27 aren't built anymore. The only Flankers still being built are Su-35 single seat and Su-30 two seat which have PESA.
