People in Bihar believe what they see and they just cast their votes against Modi and current BJP. As one of the most populars and poor state, they made their most resonable choice, regardless of Kumar or Lalu, or a third option.

Current BJP and its heroic Modi is clearly pro hindu, pro business and more importantly, pro wealthy population. This is the upshot of NDA's one year old administration. Nothing suprise indeed.
