The leak shouldn't have happened on the army side but isn't as serious as being portrayed. Like a trial report of any rifle getting leaked.

OEM's came with their own sights, ammo, shooting benches, etc.

As of late 2017, CZ was still in negotiations (as I have shared on the relevant thread). It's not all over.
