Latifullah Mehsud handed to Pakistan

Wasn't he in America under the custody of Americans? I think Americans and Pakistan army warmed after Raheel's recent visit. Now just wait for "America's slave army" propaganda by the deobandi sect.

And to Latif Mehsud; kaha tha na, panga nai lene ka. Like most captured Taliban, he'd beg the interrogators to end his life.

its early days for af-pak bonhime. having said that its a move in the right direction. the good general is clear in this mind.......all militants / terrorists will be eliminated......the PML-N govt. did their best to 'derail' the visit of the general to US by stating that 1) US is not reliable and 2) all terrorists not against PK, we should make peace with them......it didnt work as the visit has been termed productive and positive in US circles.

US will shift to rely on PAKMIL on the afghan front.

Fazlu might not be handed over. He would be killed in a drone strike.
Fazlullah can not be handed over, he is not in the custody of Afghan government......If Afghanistan decide to capture him and destroy TTP on Pakistan's request, a military operation of far greater scale than zarb-e-azab would be required to dislodge TTP from Kunar and Nuristan.........it seems impossible, as Afghan forces themselves are struggling against their own Taliban who have presence in 70% region of Afghanistan, with shadow government. As evident from this documentary that Taliban have established shadow government in a hour drive distance from Kabul.

Brilliant. Thanks Ghani Sahab. By your speeches and your behavior, you look to be to the kind of guy which Afghanistan and this region needs.

As for Latif Mehsud. Baita tu to gaya.

Us pe to male Goat (Bakrey) chore dene chaiyan ta ke wo ware badley le lain is se

Dont you worry, I am sure RAW will ba back with more action.

Especially after the suicide attack by Pakistanis/Kashmiris on Indian Army recently, I can guarantee that the new years for Pakistanis willl start with a bang.

In the past decade if India has been involved in a lot activities within Pakistan - Expect favours in return in the next decade.

Just like Pakistan was involved in india in 1990's... :azn:

Everybody knows that raw is a punny b!tch infront of vast, massively experienced, and highly sophisticated ISI...

We fingered your arse and did not need any "luck" to do it, unlike raw..

raw was only able to get back at Pakistan because of U.S invasion of Afghanistan--and the subsequent vacuum it created in the back-doors of Pakistan.

Once U.S is gone from the region, things will come back to normal...with ISI/Pakistan creating havoc for hindus across border while raw failing all the time, Inshallah!

That's why I said he would die in a drone strike.

True. Those "cultural centers" should stick to what they are meant for. Giving lectures on yoga and astronomy and how great a certain country was thousands of years ago and how that country was able to do plastic surgery thousands of year ago. :)
and @LoveIcon these cultural centers must start packing up. the BLA leadership is getting comparable in the West and and has lost interest in the Indian female socialites provided to them by the Indian embassies. the TTP is getting hammered on either side of the borders so they better leave before the good Afghans decide to make love with them.

They know what they will get in return. Days of Karzai are gone..if we can kill their station chief in Kabul in broad day light and get away with it, we can get away with anything. The dhoti walas are running a mock on Indian forums. :D

Was there any under-cover ops are as usual you guys used your good terrorists :D

they might declare a diplomatic black day , Isolating Pakistan didnt really work out the way they were planning.

Dont talk abt something which you know a shit about .Let me explain it to your small brain PA killed Al-qaida's Global chief and you guys were given the TTP No.2 now this might give you enough proof on who really controls TTP . But you know what you guys for the daily mental-masturbation dose will surely bring RAW into this to hide your ISI incompetence

So are they now interested in prostitutes supplied by ISI and you know what ISI is very good in that i wonder y you guys didn't got this idea before

ISLAMABAD: The United States handed over a senior Tehrrek-e-Taliban Pakistan leader, Latifullah Mehsud to Pakistan, US officials said on Sunday, hours after Pakistani official sources confirmed the hand over of the key Taliban commander.

Latifullah had served as the deputy of the TTP chief Hakimullah Mehsood until his arrest last year.

Hakimullah, who was killed in a US drone strike in North Waziristan in November last year, had appointed Latifullah as his deputy after replaced Khan Said alias Sajna from the position.

“We can confirm that the United States repatriated three Pakistanis held in US custody in Afghanistan following consultations between the United Sates and Pakistan and after receiving appropriate assurances regarding humane treatment,” the US Embassy spokesperson said.

“We cannot comment on the identity of the detainees,” the embassy spokesperson added.

Official sources earlier said that Afghanistan had handed over Latifullah and two other TTP men to Pakistan on Saturday.

Afghan presidential spokesperson, Nazeefullah Salarzai, said in Kabul that Latifullah Mehsood was in the custody of the Afghan government and that they are unaware of his handover.

Last year in October, Afghan authorities stated that the US military snatched the Taliban leader from Afghan intelligence agents. Latifullah was believed to be in contact with the Afghan intelligence.

The State Department had later confirmed that the US had captured Latifullah after Afghan officials claimed he had been seized as he drove in a government convoy in eastern Afghanistan.

The Washington Post had quoted then Afghan president Hamid Karza’s spokesperson as saying,”The Americans forcibly removed him (Latifullah) and took him to Bagram.”

Meanwhile, Afghans hailed the reported handover of Latifullah Mehsood.

“It is a big breakthrough,” a former Afghan diplomat Zardasht Shams said Sunday.

Further, Afghan media says that the US has increased attacks on the suspected hideouts of TTP militants on the Afghan side of the border in recent days. In a latest strike, the US spy aircraft killed at least nine Pakistani militants in Kunar province.

Excellent news. These filth thought they were quite safe in Afghanistan, especially that savage Latif Mehsud.

I hope ISI go to work on him with blowtorches and surgical instruments....

Thank you to the US forces. The level of cooperation is immense at this point in time. We need to keep the pressure up. The insurgency is crumbling fast.

If they are admitted to the civilian government they will end up being released.
