Late night speech controversy & political point scoring

after the controversy of Imran Khan's late night speech politicians and certain pressure groups have used it settle scores against Imran Khan with the excuse of honour of Sahabah r. a

I have come to a conclusion that all politicians must be barred from using religion in their politics. because using religious sensitivities or controversies for sole purpose of political hatred is disservice to the very sanctity of religion.


Imran didnt commit any blasphemy I have repeatedly listened to his speech. granted his delivery could've been better and he could've structured the sentence better and clear but he didn't commit any blasphemy towards the honour of Sahabah. r.a. instead of spontaneous speech. he should seek a professional speech writer and stick to the written speech while addressing public or meeting foreign dignitaries to reduce the chance of such controversies


its a fact that despite Prophet Muhammad PBUH's clear instructions to stay disciplined and not break formations. the Muslims put their guard down prematurely and the archers that were meant to keep the flanks safe also disobeyed the instructions and joined the looting and many paid with their lives including the martyrdom of Hazrat Amir Hamza r.a and injury to the Holy Prophet Muhammad PBUH due to the resulting chaos as the Makkans saw the disarray and returned and attacked.

the order of the destruction of Zarar Mosque by Prophet Muhammad PBUH is another proof that not all those who had the fortune to be in Madina at that time were worthy of that honour and instead they conspired against Islam

it goes to show that not every Muslim of Muhammad PBUH time was automatically a Sahabi.

being a sahabi demanded a lot of self restraint.sacrifice and obedience of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH

Imran must stick to his guns he got nothing to apologize. the political bigots are just using the unfounded controversy for political mileage

reminds me of how he has to bear the "baji chor hay" slogans now. because PTI/ Noon verbal arguments descended into below belt remarks.

credit must be given where due, Nawaz cant be faulted for any such gaffes or slip ups.
he himself knows he is not a orator and on important occasions he always read from paper which was carefully scripted and proof read.
Imran on other hand has joined Japan and Germany together in the past as well.

Irfan Bhai no one in Pakistan commit blasphemy intentionally, count it another slip of tongue? better uses of words ? calm and sober speech?
Unfortunately it’s not first time this slip happened, he use always harsh words, he always angry.
So all above not a good signs be a leader or a Muslim.
I am agree that religious card should not be use for political scoring specially in Pakistan where ek Jahil dhundo hazar mil jate hain.
