Chinese built a culvert to temporarily stop the water flow to build the road, a bride and bring in heavy equipment.

Now all the construction has been completed and the Chinese have full control of the valley. Hence the water has been released.

Chinese have now built an asphalt road all through Galwan valley. Even regular cars can be driven until this point.
