This Saturday's showdown between FC Barcelona and Real Madrid will be screened live in this iconic public space in Johannesburg.

LaLiga ambassador Christian Karembeu will be in the thick of the action at the #ElClasico extravaganza that LaLiga is holding for Spanish football followers in South Africa this Saturday, 3 December.

"It's an honour for me to represent LaLiga in Africa and to do my bit towards the expansion the competition has embarked on in recent years, helping to take it closer to fans all over the world," Karembeu said, "LaLiga is conscious of the support it has from fans up and down South Africa and we're delighted to share #ElClasico with them. We're working to grow the LaLiga family in the country and they're all part of that."

The event is open to anybody, with admission free of charge. Besides watching the big game, attendees will have the chance to meet Karembeu and to enjoy a host of activities, including a LaLiga exhibition and a live performance by rapper and producer Cassper Nyovest.

I want Barcelona to win but im supporting
Atletico madrid tob win Spanish league:-) hopefully they can do it

Madrid have quite a lot of injuries this time around so i will not be surprised if Barca wins. However Barca vs Madrid has always been decided on who wins the midfield battle (which has mostly been Barca in the recent past) and Zidane's packed midfield formation will not allow Barca to play their natural game and everyone knows Barca's defense is leaky. Whoever takes their chances will win.
