Because he should be willing to have a debate with another leader.

Under Musharraf; TTP was born and MQM flourished. Allowed Zardari to return to damage the economy of Pakistan?

Upon the return of PMLN; launched military operation against TTP and cleansed Karachi from MQM. Stabilized the economy and progressing now.

Musharraf hates the fact that his allegedly plan regarding dharna for coup failed big time. He also hates the fact that Pakistan is resuming normalcy under the ruling of PMLN and because of that, PMLN is set to win another upcoming election.

Both Musharraf and Imran Khan are getting desperate. Don't rule out another possible coup through dharna because they now know their case is hopeless now.

Because he should be willing to have a debate with another leader.

And because he owes that man his life. Few would have protested if he had gone the way of ZAB after his actions. Many in the military were calling for it. Remember that he was very unpopular in 1999, even amongst most of those who voted for him. He's lucky to be alive.

It is not leader job to debate. Leader job is to look after the nation, and he is doing that. Even with the debate, i think Musharraf will be in trouble as it is because of him, MQM flourished and TTP was born, and Zardari was allowed to return to damage the economy of Pakistan.

Musharraf knows he lost the game hence getting desperate. Treason case is not off the hook yet. He pissed General Raheel off big time.

And the other ones like IK and his buddies....who hide their offshore accounts, steal donations, re-channel money from the US and the UK to their personal accounts and kids accounts......all of these are examples of blue collar corruption? So really, IK's main issue is, how could he be blue color thief and NS gets to be a white collar thief??

I have noticed people who talks loudly are poor in management. That explains why Imran Khan didn't fair well and neither did Musharraf. Nawaz Sharif who is silent type does the job silently, and that's the way it should be. You don't need to toot your own horn to prove how great you are. Let the performance talks.

Ironically, Nawaz Sharif lets the performance talk hence the desperation from Musharraf and Imran Khan together.

Does it matter if Nawaz Sharif cannot speak properly? What matters is the performance.

Even Prophet Moses (PBUH) stuttered while in speech. That's why God appointed another Prophet Aaron (PBUH), his brother, to speak on the behalf of Prophet Moses (PBUH).

I am not comparing. Just saying performance matters, not debate. Anyone can debate, even you and i but only few are qualified to run the nation. We all know how PMLN came in the situation that was beyond hopeless, and within short period, PMLN turned the nation to the right track and now Pakistan is on the verge to be game-changer in economy world now.

We all know how Musharraf left the nation in ruin and we saw the results of Marshall Law on Pakistan. Does it matter if Musharraf debates better than Nawaz Sharif even though Nawaz Sharif is the one who cleaned the messes of Musharraf.

I am glad Nawaz Sharif is doing the job silently without making any trouble. The problem is the ones with the loudmouth spokespersons who cannot wait to plan dharna and coup to invite more economical sanction against Pakistan from the world.

1. failed and poorly planned kargil operation
2. killing of already dying bugti and tried to create another bangladesh like situation.
3. completely stopped support for kashmir freedom struggle.
4. MQM flourished best during his stay despite of its connections with RAW.

That's good question, and why he let Zardari out of jail. Why he let his fondly criminal organization like MQM flourished which proved menace to the only economical port of Pakistan, Karachi? Why he let the birth of terrorism aka TTP which brought danger to the ever corner of Pakistan?

Too many questions. He will be ousted in his own game. The accountability is yet to take place against Pakistani army. At least, Nawaz Sharif was officially sentenced to death, and Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto was hanged to death. Democracy has been taken to accountability but Pakistan army is not, not yet.
