Saudi Arabia will be hosting youth from 23 member countries of the Arab League next weekend to bolster friendship among the youth of member countries in the Arab world.
Adnan Hamza of General Presidency of Saudi Youth Welfare told Arab News that the youth delegation will visit Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah and participate in cultural exchange programs. The delegation of youth also will perform Umrah besides participating in other activities.
From the Kingdom, 30 youth will be joining their counterparts from member countries to share their experiences.
Adnan said the Arab Youth delegation visit was aimed at enhancing capabilities of the youth to deal with challenges and also take step toward building the future on mutual trust and friendship.
He said that a series of programs have planned for the delegation and a major workshop will be conducted in Madinah, the capital of the Islamic world. The delegation will also share ideas about education, scientific research, training and sports.

Adnan said a Saudi team was presently participating at an Asian level sports event in Dubai where it had won two medals.
