Saudi Arabia is not at war with Iran, said Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al-Faisal during a joint press conference with his French counterpart Laurent Fabius. He also expressed hope that Tehran’s nuclear deal with the US and other Western powers would reinforce regional peace.

Prince Saud said Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman had discussed a number of major regional and international issues with the visiting French minister, adding that Paris has voiced its support for the Kingdom’s efforts to restore legitimacy in Yemen.

“Saudi Arabia is not at war with Iran and we hope Tehran would stop supporting the Houthi militias in Yemen. The Iranian intervention has worsened the problem and increased violence in Yemen,” the Saudi chief diplomat said, adding that Tehran never had any role in Yemen’s development.

So far, from what we generally see in geopolitical scene, if Iran sends advisors or arms to a country, they don't hide it.

If Saudis shoot an Iranian ship and Iran fires missiles into Saudi Arabia, still not a war. Still no war between Russia and Ukraine. If war then there can be war crimes. To avoid war crimes, there is no more war these days. Kill people, snatch territory, no war, therefore no war crimes.

Iranians do have their interest in Yemen even in 2004, 2013 it was seen.

A senior Yemeni security official said Iran had steadily supported the Houthis, who have fought the central government since 2004 from their northern stronghold of Saadah.

Yemeni authorities point to the "Jihan 1" as evidence of Iran's support. The ship was seized by Yemen in 2013, smuggling weapons from Iran to local insurgents.

The Yemeni official showed Reuters a breakdown of the cargo, which included Katyusha rockets M-122, heat-seeking surface-to-air missiles, RPG-7s, Iranian-made night vision goggles and "artillery systems that track land and navy targets 40km away".

There were also silencers, 2.66 tonnes of RDX explosives, C-4 explosives, ammunition, bullets and electrical transistors.

Situation in Ukraine has escalated again and even Yesterday and Today , there have been ceasefire violations.

Saudi Arabia and Iran will not engage in open war.
