no it's iraqi oil the federal government gave the KRG the right to sell oil but they should report it since they get 15%of the budget that's the deal

There are 5000 US army troops in Iraq, there is no IRGC there perhaps maybe a handful of senior commanders walking around.

PMU/Hashd are all Iraqis that speak Arabic, if you see them as IRGC then consider Iraq Iranian because these are our people, they won't be able to go anywhere.
